Japan's Su-mo
Su-mo is sport to have history more than 1500 years ago. Now, It was representive
sport of Japan from early 20th century. It was recoded in 642 A.D. It was event that
predicted bumper year or reqeusted meaning of god.
Meanwhile, It had become court ceremony in early 9th century and
had character of effective martial arts as warrior political power. After then, Su-mo
became known a performance on ancestral ritual formalities. And it became a performance
that was commercialized as a spectacle of world people
Today, Su-mo event held in sixth a year. It took place in Don-gyung on Jan ,
May and Sept. Also, It did in Osaka on March and did in Nagoya on July and
did in Hukuoka on November. Start of competition took place second Sunday
on odd month and is ened on forth Sunday.

Japan's Gya-ru Make-up
Gya-ru is one of the Jpan's Fashion cultures. Japan's women that do dakr eye makeup or
tanning and hair, fashion style is fancy is called as Gya-ru. Gya-ru is formed by
changing English word; 'girl' that means 'the girl' as Japan's pronunciation. When do mark it,
Gata-kana is used to mark it or write on 'gal' . Gya-ru style is typically tanning skin and
eye-makeup to draw it as wirtely and fancy clothes sticked in body.
Gya-ru fashion to started in 1990, Japan has orginally feature that do makeup
face to be scorched with drawing white shadow in eye , noise and lip.
It was tighten as Amuro-Namie that is high school student singer start it in japan.
And it was trend. Now it become pronoun of japan's girl fashion .

Japan's Dadami
Dadami have meaning to folding something and it is called as Chup in Japan .
Dadami is made by attaching Dan that around a rope in circumference.
Dan is made as uning Myng-ju, Sam-be, Mu-myung. Color is almost simple style such
as brown, black, so on. There are also to dye it and squeeze it putting on some pattern.
It is made by using old newspaper and color paper as Dan's wick.

Japan's Gabuki
It is Gabuki of Japan's traditional culture. Up to now, It continue about 400 years
starting as a ordinary person entertainment in Ae-do era.
Ga-buki originally means verbe as having an affair with someone to be a none.
In a early morden time, The etertainment called as Huryu-odori is fashion with religion
ceremony called as Goruy-E. As backgrouding it, It have been origined as woman
called as O-kuni sang and danced in Kyo-to.
Woman's Gabu-ki was famous from the public. But because it was too sensul,
Edo-Bakuhu completely made appearance of woman ban in a reason as public morals in 1629.
And then, It appeard to Gabuki that beautiful younger boys played the dance and the circus.
Because of that, Gabuki have reached by now after changing as a various course.
Gabuki have been the general play under the support of the public in Japan. Therefore
the actor or actress was an object of unconditional popularity. And then, that job have
become a authoritaive work that have been continued as a something handed in a family
or a handing down from generation to generation.

Japan's Traditional Festival : Hina-Machuri
It is japan's traditional fasitival that pray good health and long life of girls.
Its name is Hina-machuri. It held in March third every year. Hina is orginate play with
Hina doll that have held since early 17 century in Japan. There is Momo-seku because
peach blossom before and after March third and On-nano-seku that means
festival of daughter.
It has veen estimated as settling trditional event since 17 century because the festival
that had held preventing event in China is combined with Japan's Hina doll play.
Before few day that the day been begun, All family that have younger daughter put up
wonderful Hina doll, peach and peach blossom so on under the table covered
with red material.
Its form is vary various according to kind and amount of Hina doll from 2 tables to 8 tables.
It is located in order of the Japanese emperor and empress, a court lady, musician,
court officer so on. But it is different from area. In the day, all family share a food
each other. After ending event, they clean the table. There is a custom that if food isn't
shared with family and table isn't cleaned, one's daughter marry too late.

Traditional Clothes of Japan
I inform you of Japan's traditonal clothes. Its name is U-kata. It is in Japan as Han-bok is
in Korea. Also U-kata and Gimono is widely known by Japan's taditional colthe.
But they are different from method of wearing it to its quality of the material.
U-kata was weared after bath or, you can understand it is concept of ordinary clothes
when is Hanabe or Bong-O-dory that is kinds of Japan's traditional festivals.
Gimono is made by silk fabrics and have a lot of embroidery and
dyeing that need to lots of effort mading it. So it is very expensive and it is known
by wering it when there is wedding , graduation, and coming-of-age day.
How to wear U-kata is putting on it and adjusting its dress. Then, after
setting length by folding colthe in position of waist, tie it by string.
After that, if you decorate it as O-bi, it is OK!

Traditional Food of Japan
I inform you of Nat-to that is one of the Japan's traditional foods. This picture is Nat-to.
Nat-to is made by many beans. Its origin is that Japanese ate beans came from
China in the end of Japan's Jyumon ara with boiling them. If boiling beans laid
about ten million of Nat-to germs that bond in rice straw, it coming in to effect and
the sticky Nat-to was completed. Before that time, Japanese ate Nat-to covering
with rice straw.
Nat-to's effect is helpful to prevent from dementia. and It protect to the osteoporosis
because it help not to be missing the calcium in a bone. Also, It help to maintain a blood
vessel smoothly because of falling the cholesterol. and It has affirmative effect that do
prevention of age and the arteriosclerois.
There are A-ma Nat-to, Ittobiky Nat-to so on in the kind of Nat-to. People usually
know Ittobiky Nat-to thinking sticky Nat-to. A-ma Nat-to is what boil down with
the sugar, and it is strong taste of the sugar.
